About:
Naseem, a renowned perfume brand established in 2000, has grown exponentially in the fragrance market. Seeking a robust digital transformation to support its global expansion, Naseem aimed to create a seamless and scalable e-commerce platform that could accommodate its franchise model and cater to diverse regions.


Problem:
Naseem’s existing platforms—PrestaShop and WordPress—were limiting its scalability and performance. The primary goals were:

  • Transitioning to a centralized and scalable platform.

  • Improving user experience and cart conversion rates.

  • Supporting franchise operations in multiple countries.


Teams Involved:
Our Team: 4 designers, 5 developers, 1 project manager, 10 digital marketers, 5 PPC specialists.

Solution:
We selected Shopify as the foundation for Naseem’s e-commerce transformation. This robust platform was tailored to handle centralized data management while enabling franchisees to operate independently.

  • High Cart Abandonment: Although precise data was unavailable, the absence of cart recovery strategies contributed to a significant loss in potential revenue.
